Regional Artisan Marketplace — Belgium & Netherlands
A full-featured multi-vendor marketplace connecting regional artisan producers with conscious consumers. Built from scratch with a founder-first approach: we architected, built, and deployed the entire platform end-to-end.
Challenge
Build a production-ready marketplace that supports multiple vendors, multiple languages, complex shipping zones, and integrated payments — with a team of two, in under 6 months.
Solution
We designed a modular NestJS backend with PostgreSQL, full Next.js frontend with 4 languages (NL/FR/EN/DE), Stripe Connect + Mollie payment integration, and a complete vendor dashboard with analytics, gamification, and loyalty systems.
